EVIVA On Cherokee

Located in the Arts District of Downtown Denver, Eviva on Cherokee showcases a breathtaking millwork package as you enter the building. We also created the front desk, leasing desk, and a giant powder-coated steel and marble table that dominates the open space lobby. On the 6th floor, you will find a walnut and marble bar, a walnut and aluminum drop-down ceiling above the bar, walnut and bronze mirrors in the lounge, and a live edge maple cocktail table. Our custom walnut and steel chef’s table with a built-in cooktop offers cooking classes for residents. A custom GBD pool table gives residents a place to play. This exquisite millwork package was designed in collaboration with Studio Lemonade.
