They say growing up is overrated, and I'm living proof of that. With a goofy personality and a spirit that never ages, I'm JB, the craftsman with a heart full of kindness and a soul that's forever young.

In my personal life, I'm married to my high school sweetheart, and we welcomed our first bundle of joy, Juniper, in April 2021. Another little one is on the way, expected to join the adventure by the end of 2023. Our family also includes two four-legged pals, Charlie, and Idgie.

Becoming a father has brought its fair share of challenges, especially when it's tough to leave the house each day. But it's this very challenge that fuels my commitment to safety and giving my absolute best in everything I do.

What keeps me striving for excellence? My family. If I'm spending my days away from them, I figure I might as well pour my heart into what I love and make them proud.
